The Hillston Mission is an annual mission trip that a team of young adults from St Matthew's West Pennant Hills undertakes to the town of Hillston in Western NSW. The team of 15-21 works with the School aged youth of the town predominantly through in school workshops and outreach breakfasts, as well as out of school activites such as Pool parties, Youth Group Nights.

In 2019 it was decided to focus more on also reaching older members of the town through events targeted at them such as a young adults night, as well as simply partaking in community events natively occurring in the town
